Ingredients
- 8 oz skim milk
- warmed to 110 degrees
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp rapid rise yeast
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup greek plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- room temperature
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 beaten egg used for egg wash on rolls before baking
- 1 amount of kosher or sea salt to sprinkle on egg wash
