Boogie Woogie Beef Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 pkt Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 2 lb stew beef
- 8 ounce fresh mushrooms sliced
- 8 ounce baby carrots
Instructions
- Mix sauce ingredients in cooker.
- Add in meat, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir.
- Cook on HIGH 4 hrs and LOW 4 hrs (or possibly just LOW for about 8 to 10 hrs).
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
