Boiled Carp Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 x Onions sliced
- 2 x Beets peeled and sliced
- 3 c. Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 6 slc Carp
Instructions
- Combine the onions, beets, water, salt and pepper in a deep skillet.
- Place the fish in it.
- Cover, bring to a boil and cook over low heat 45 min, removing the cover after 30 min.
- Serve warm or possibly chilled.
- Serves 6.
