Bluegrass Cobbler

Ingredients

• 2 orange slices
• 2 pineapple sticks
• 2 brandied cherries
• 1 fresh cherry
• 2 ounces Blantons Original Bourbon", "1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur", "3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice", "1/2 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

1. In a shaker, muddle 1 orange slice, 1 fresh pineapple stick and 2 brandied cherries.
2. Fill with ice, add 2 ounces of Blanton's Original Bourbon, 1/2 ounce of maraschino liqueur, 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water).
3. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with 1 orange slice, 1 pineapple stick and a fresh cherry.
