Bluefish With Mustard And Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb bluefish - (4 to 6 small fillets
  • or possibly large fillets cut in 4 to 6 portions)
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 c. low-fat plain yogurt Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine mustard, ginger, pepper and yogurt and place mix in a baking dish.
  3. Add in bluefish fillets.
  4. Cover dish with foil and bake for 10 to 15 min till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove fillets and keep hot.
  6. Reduce liquid in baking dish by about half.
  7. Add in lemon juice.
  8. Pour over fish fillets and serve immediately.
  9. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
