Ingredients
- 1 packages plain instant oatmeal
- 1 cup frozen whole blueberries
- 1/2 cup greek vanilla yoghurt
Instructions
- Pour oatmeal in a bowl, add a small amount of water.
- Don't add too much as the frozen blueberries will thaw during cook in.
- Add frozen blueberries.
- Microwave 2 to 3 minutes until hot and oatmeal has the desired consistency.
- Stir after about 2 minutes and continue heating in 20 to 30 second intervals.
- Top with Greek yogurt.
