Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Blueberries
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Vodka -- * see note
Instructions
- Puree blueberries with water till smooth.
- Should make 2 c..
- Combine blueberry mix with remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Stir for severalminutes till sugar has dissolved.
- Pour mix into small container and chill till mix is no more than 40F.
- Pour chilled mix into container of ice cream machine and churn till frzn.
