Ingredients

  • 2 cups oatmeal (old fashioned rolled oats)
  • 12 cup carob powder
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 cups soymilk
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a medium pot.
  2. Add the soy milk and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Turn the heat down to med-low and continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes or until oatmeal begins to thicken.
  4. Remove from the heat and gently stir in the blueberries.
  5. Cover and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
