Ingredients
- packet of shop bought puff pastry
- 2 x tubs of mascarpone
- 1 tub clear honey fresh blueberries icing sugar to dust

- 1.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a large square and cook according to the instructions on the packet (approximately 7 min).
- Once cooked, leave the pastry to cold.
- 2.
- Mix the mascarpone and honey together and spread over the cooled pastry.
- 3.
- Decorate with blueberries and a light dusting of icing sugar.
