Blue Cheese Pasta with Bergamot

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces spaghetti whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 6 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 8 each bergamot flowers

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water until 'al dente.
  2. Drain and transfer to serving dish.
  3. Toss in the parsley and oil; season to taste.
  4. Sprinkle on the cheese, then toss in the bergamot petals.
  5. Serve immediately.
