220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
50g blue cheese
crumbled
salt and pepper
to taste
Lavosh bread or crackers to serve
Italian parsley leaves for garnish
Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat, add onions and cook until onions soften and turn a light brown colour.
Combine Philly*, blue cheese and seasonings until smooth.
Spoon into a serving bowl and top with caramelised onion to serve, or alternatively serve dip on lavosh bread or crackers and top with some caramelised onion and parsley leaves.
