Ingredients
- 4 whole Salmon Steaks
- Salt And Pepper
- 6 whole Bacon Strips
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- Halved
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt, and pepper.
- Cook in preheated skillet for 4-5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
- Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, fry bacon.
- Remove.
- Drain all but 1 tablespoon of grease.
- Add tomatoes to hot pan, and suate just until tomatoes begin to soften.
- Add spinach and cook only until it begins to wilt but does not lose its color.
- Spoon veggies over salmon.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
