Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce or 1 package (10 ounces) ready to serve salad
- 1 jar (14 ounces) artichoke hearts in water
- rinsed
- drained
- and chopped
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Italian cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 jar (2 ounces) sliced pimientos
- drained
- 1 packages ( 3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cheese, artichokes, onion, pepperoni and pimientos.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
