Blender Pie Custard Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender, mixing on low speed for 2 min.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch deep pie pan.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
