Blender Peach Butter Recipe

Ingredients

• About 6 (8 ounce.) jars and caps
• 6 lbs. peaches
• 2 c. sugar (about 1 lb.)
• 1/2 c. orange juice
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves

Instructions

1. Peel, remove seeds, and quarter peaches.
2. In covered blender at high speed, blend peaches 1/3 at a time till smooth.
3. In 7 qt saucepan, heat peaches with remaining ingredients to boiling.
4. Boil 20 min or possibly till thick, stirring frequently.
5. Remove from heat; ladle mix into jars, leaving 1/8 inch space from top.
6. Adjust caps.
7. Process in boiling water bath 10 min.
8. Makes about 6 (8 oz) jars.
