Blackberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 x bananas peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 8 ounce lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 c. Blackberries fresh or possibly frzn
Instructions
- Place the bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet; freeze till hard.
- Combine the bananas, pineapple juice, yogurt and Blackberries in the container of an electric blender; process till smooth.
- Serve immediately.
