Ingredients
- 50 grams Unsalted butter
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 150 grams Pancake mix
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Tea bags (Earl Grey)
Instructions
- In a mug, heat milk in a microwave.
- Drop tea bags in the milk.
- Take out the tea bags after steeping for a few minutes and let cool.
- Melt butter in a microwave oven and combine with sugar and egg.
- Add pancake mix, and milk tea from Step 1 to Step 2 and combine well.
- Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake in a 355F/180C oven for 20 minutes.
