Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 100 ml Soy milk (or milk)
  • 1 tbsp Black sesame seed paste

Instructions

  1. Slice the banana into rounds, then freeze.
  2. If you're in a hurry, putting the bananas on top of ice packs will help speed up the process.
  3. Put the frozen banana, soy milk, and black sesame paste in a blender, and pulse until smooth.
  4. After pouring it into a cup, it's ready to drink!
  5. I floated a slice of banana on top.
  6. This is the black sesame paste I used.
