PORK RIB
It's very important to remove the membrane of the rib first
marinate rib with sauce for 1 or 2 hours or just bake it after marinating
BAKE IT
put all ingredients and bake it on a baking tray or aluminum foil at 200 C for 60 to 120 minute or full 3 hours )or longer depending on the thickness of the pork rib cover top with aluminium foil
Once it's done ,remove the top foil and with its sauce and bake for another 10 minutes till its sauce start thicken ,rest it for few minutes then slice up and enjoy
