Black and Mango Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
- rinsed (preferably Bushs)", "2 ripe mangoes", "6 green onions", "3 garlic cloves", "14 cup balsamic vinegar", "2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cube the mangoes.
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Enjoy!
