Ingredients
- 1 piece bittergourd
- small size about 200g
- remove seeds
- sliced very thinly
- 1 piece red chilli
- remove seeds
- cut into small bits (please use gloves! )
- 2 tbsp fermented soya bean (taucu)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat.
- Stir fry bittergourd and chilli for 2 minutes.
- Add fermented soya bean.
- Stir fry evenly for about 1 minute till bittergourd softened.
- Ready to serve with rice or porridge.
