Ingredients
- 2 Beef Steak
- 1 Onion
- 50 ml each Soy sauce & mirin
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 piece Beef fat
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and then saute the onion over medium heat.
- Add the soy sauce and mirin and simmer for a few minutes to make the sauce.
- Melt the beef fat in the heated pan.
- Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper, then cook in the pan over high heat until both sides are crisp.
- Wrap it up in aluminum foil to seal in the juices.
- When it has cooled, cut into thin pieces.
- Top generously with the onion sauce and serve.
