Ingredients
- 12 ounces broccoli slaw mix
- 1 cup drained canned garbanzo beans
- 1 cup coarsely chopped cauliflower floret
- 14 cup chopped red onion
- 14 cup snipped parsley
- 1 cup torn watercress
- tough stems removed
- 8 ounces bacon
- cooked till crisp
- coarsely crumbled
- 12 cup Ragu Pasta Sauce (hearty traditional pasta sauce)
- 1 ounce crumbled fresh goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- lemon zest
- to garnish
Instructions
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan combine the pasta sauce, goat cheese, oil and vinegar; gently heat till hot and well blended.
- Toss the warm dressing with the slaw mixture to evenly coat and serve immediately with garnish.
