Biltong, blue cheese and avo salad
Ingredients
- 400 grams lettuce
- 400 grams baby tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- 200 grams blue cheese
- 200 grams beef jerky
- 8 tbsp creamy dressing
- 1 medium avocado
Instructions
- Slice baby tomatoes in half.
- Halve cucumber lengthways, then slice thinly.
- Shred lettuce.
- Dice avocado.
- Mix lettuce, cucumber, avo and tomatoes together in a bowl.
- Add sliced beef jerky and crumbled blue cheese.
- Toss salad with dressinh right before serving.
