Ingredients
- 1 each onion
- chopped
- 1 each bell pepper chopped
- 1 each tomato chopped
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1/2 each raw mango (optional)
- 1/4 cup corriander leaves
- 1 each green chilli chopped
- 1 tbsp tamarind pulp submereged in little water
- 1 tsp date syrup
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1/4 cup bhel
- 1 tbsp lime
Instructions
- Mix the chopped vegetables together and season
- Strain the tamarind and discard the pulp.
- Add the date syrup to the tamarind juice
- Just before serving mix the vegetables, the sauce and toppings together
