Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • room temp.
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Grape Nuts cereal
  • 2 Tbsp. Thawed frzn orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr

Instructions

  1. Directions Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In medium bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg, orange juice concentrate and orange peel, till light and fluffy.
  3. Add in flour and baking pwdr, beating till blended.
  4. Stir in cereal.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown.
  7. Remove from cookie sheet for cooling.
