Ingredients

  • 2 cup Potatoe cubed
  • 2 cup ham diced
  • 1 can Corn Kernal
  • 1 can Sweet Peas
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp onion
  • chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Grease 13x9 casserole pan
  3. Cut up Potatoes into cubes, boil Potatoes
  4. Chopped Ham
  5. Drain can of Corn and Sweet Peas
  6. Saute in sauce pan, Butter, onion slowly add Flour , Milk
  7. In Separate bowl mix Ham, Potatoes, Corn, and Sweet Peas
  8. Add Sauce to Ham, Potatoe mix
  9. Add parsley to mix
  10. Pour everything combine into 13x9 greased casserole pan
  11. Cover and place in 350F oven, for 25 minutes
  12. Sprinkle Cheese on top, and let stand for 5 minutes, and serve
