Ingredients
- 1 head napa cabbage
- shredded or sliced thinly
- 14 cup sesame seeds
- toasted
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- toasted
- 4 ounces slivered almonds
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
- chicken flavored
- broken into small pieces
- 4 green onions
- grated or finely chopped
- 12 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- seasoning packet from ramen noodles
- 1 teaspoon salt (I normally omit)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- freshly ground
Instructions
- Mix all dressing ingredients.
- Mix all salad ingredients.
- Immediately before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss well.
