- Kidney red cooked and liquid removed

- 3 x Allspice

Instructions
- In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil, add in onions, celery, and garlic; cook over medium heat till softened, about 2 min.
- Place vegetables and remaining ingredients in slow-cooker; stir to combine.
- Cook on low setting 4 hrs.
