Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3 medium potatoes
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon chicken salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 14 cup milk
- 1 (500 g) can chicken and corn soup
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil water.
- Put in potatoes and cook till softened.
- Drain most of the water, leaving a film of water on the bottom of the pot.
- Mash the potatoes in the pot, add the butter, milk, garlic and chicken salt.
- Add can of soup and mix.
- Bring to the boil and add pepper.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Ta-Da done!
