Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
Instructions
- Mix shortening and sugar thoroughly, add in peanut butter, mix well, add in vanilla and Large eggs, beat well.
- Sift flour, soda and salt together.
- Stir into mix.
- Shape dough into roll, wrap in plastic wrap, chill, slice and bake at 400 degrees about 10 min.
- This dough freezes well, may be sliced and baked frzn, but make take a little longer in baking.
