Ingredients
- 6 each Fresh tomatoes
- 1 large Onion
- 2 medium Jalapeno peppers
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 bunch Scallions or green onions
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 2 large Limes
- juice only
- 1 tsp Salt to taste.
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes in half crosswise and squeeze out seeds and slimy pulp.
- Discard pulp.
- Finely mince tomatoes and all other veggies and greens.
- Squeeze lime juice into the mix and add 1 teaspoon salt to start.
- Stir well and taste.
- Adjust salt to your liking if necessary.
- Serve with tacos or any meat, or even just eat it with tortilla chips.
