Ingredients
- 1 lrg Coconut
- 8 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 x Egg yolks
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Cut the coconut open and grind coconut without peeling.
- Measure 3 c. of grnd coconut and add in the remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Healthy pinch off pcs of dough and form into balls.
- Place in the baking dish and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven till golden brown, about 35 min.
- Makes about 24 macaroons.
