Ingredients
- 1/2 pint blackberries
- rinsed and dried
- 1/2 pint blueberries
- rinsed and dried
- 1/2 pint raspberries
- rinsed and dried
- 1/2 pint strawberries
- rinsed and dried
- stemmed and quartered
- 4 shots limoncello
- chilled
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- cut into ribbons
Instructions
- Lightly mix together the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in a large bowl.
- Portion the berries into 6 small dessert bowls or glasses.
- Add a shot of limoncello to each.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours to allow the berries to macerate in the liquid.
- Just before serving, garnish with basil.
