Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- Juice from 1 medium lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cans (14 fl oz /398 mL each) whole rosebud beets
- drained
- chopped
- 1 can (19 fl oz /540 mL) black beans
- drained
- rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 green onions
- sliced
Instructions
- Beat dressing and lemon juice with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.
- Mix beats, beans and parsley in medium bowl.
- Add onions and dressing mixture just before serving; mix well.
