Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- sliced
- 1 14 cups fried onions
- divided (such as Frenchs)", "1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup", "1 cup sour cream, divided", "1 (8 ounce) package biscuits", "1 egg", "12 teaspoon celery seed", "12 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Brown hamburger, drain.
- Mix hamburger, mushrooms, and 3/4 cup fried onions and place in a 3-qt casserole dish.
- In a saucepan, heat cream of mushroom soup until bubbly, then add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir well.
- Pour over hamburger mixture.
- Cut each biscuit in half (semi-circles).
- Place cut side down around the edge of your casserole dish.
- Pour 1/2 cup fried onions in the center.
- Mix 1/2 cup sour cream with the egg, celery seeds and salt.
- Pour over the biscuits.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until biscuits are browned and center is bubbly.
