• 1 cup boiling water
• 3/4 cup cornmeal
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
• 2 tbsp dried parsley (optional - helps with bad breath)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• 1 egg - beaten
• 3 cup wheat flour
