Ingredients
- 1 pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner
- 1 pound grnd chuck
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- liquid removed
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Instructions
- Prepare macaroni as directed.
- Brown meat, celery, green pepper and onion; cook till tender.
- Stir in tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.
- Add in macaroni; mix well.
- Pour in 2 qt casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
