Beef Tomato Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound beef
- cut into thin strips
- 2 lg. tomatoes
- cut into wedges
- 2 stalks celery
- sliced diagonally
- 1 lg. onion
- sliced
Instructions
- Marinate beef with sauce for 5-10 min.
- Pan fry gently for 1 minute.
- Remove from pan.
- Fry celery, onion and tomatoes.
- Add in gravy.
- Mix and cook gently for 2 min.
- Add in beef.
- Mix well and serve.
