Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1 package Mushrooms
- 1 clove Garlic
- Crushed
- 1/4 pieces Onion
- Sliced
- 1 pound Thinly Sliced Beef Strips
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 pinch Paprika
Instructions
- Wash and slice mushrooms.
- Saute mushrooms in olive oil and crushed garlic.
- The mushrooms are cooked when they cook down, and release their water.
- When they are ready, set aside.
- (Be ready for the incredibly delicious smell that will fill your kitchen.)
- In another frying pan, saute onion and olive oil.
- When onion is lightly browned, add thin strips of beef and stir for a few minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- As the beef begins to cook, add balsamic vinegar, add the cooked mushrooms.
- Add heavy cream and let simmer about 5 minutes, mixing together.
- Add pinch of paprika.
