Beef skewers with blue cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb flank steak
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 scallions

Instructions

  1. Freeze steak for 10 minutes, slice very thinly.
  2. Thread onto skewers, brush with balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes, per side.
  4. Serve with blue cheese dressing sprinkled with scliced scallions.
