Beef skewers with blue cheese sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb flank steak
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 scallions
Instructions
- Freeze steak for 10 minutes, slice very thinly.
- Thread onto skewers, brush with balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes, per side.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing sprinkled with scliced scallions.
