Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Hamburger
- Salt & pepper
- Bisquick
Instructions
- Saute/fry 1 onion in 2 Tbsp.
- of oil till brown.
- Add in hamburger and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry till brown.
- Make 1 recipe of Bisquick according to box for biscuit dough.
- Shape dough into a rectangle about 9 x 12 and 1/3 inch thick.
- Cover the dough with cooled meat mix, roll up as for a jelly roll.
- Cut into 1 inch slices and lay cut side up on baking sheet that has been greased, or possibly leave in a roll and slash top in several places.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 to 12 min till dough is brown.
- Serve with gravy or possibly tomato sauce.
- (I use up leftover gravy from a beef roast this way.)
