Ingredients
- 3/4 pound flank or possibly round steak
- cut across grain into 1/8 x 2 inch strips
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg white
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 stalks green onions
- cut finely
- 1/4 inch pcs
Instructions
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- of oil, using high heat, and stir-fry beef mix for a minute.
- Remove and drain.
- Heat 2 more Tbsp.
- of oil and stir-fry ginger and green onions till ginger becomes golden brown.
- Add in sauce mix and cooked beef mix.
- Stir-fry additional 15 seconds.
- Add in sesame oil and mix well.
- Serve warm.
