Beef In Vinegar And Oil Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 ounce Beef
- cooked and sliced Thinly.
- 1 x Apple
- peeled and sliced Thinly
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Broth
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Chives
- minced
Instructions
- 1.Put the meat, onion slices and the apple slices in a big bowl.
- Thin the vinegar with a little broth; add in oil and pour over all.
