Ingredients
- 8 ounce Beef
- 1 Tbsp. Black beans
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Cornflour
- 1 x Inch ginger
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 8 fl ounce of stock A dash of white wine
Instructions
- Slice the beef very thinly adding the cornflour, oyster sauce, soya sauce, sugar and pepper together.
- Use your hands to squeeze and bind it together.
- Slice the ginger and garlic.
- Crush the black beans.
- Heat the oil and in the wok add in the ginger, garlic and black beans.
- Stir together till you smell the aroma.
- Add in the beef and fry quickly for 2 min adding the stock.
- Garnish with white wine.
- Serve warm with mixed vegetables.
