Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 2 pound shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 med. onion
- minced
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 clove garlic
- chopped
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 12 ounce. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3 to 4 ounce. can mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- Salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Saute/fry onion in 2 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Add in beef.
- Meantime, cook rice (and mushrooms if fresh).
- Add in rice; heat well.
- Pour into shallow wide casserole; spread cabbage over top.
