Ingredients
- 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 12 lb ground beef
- cooked
- drained and crumbled
- 12 cup dry red wine (preferably Burgundy)
- 12 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup medium egg noodles
- sour cream
- for garnish
Instructions
- In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to boil, stirring.
- Reduce heat.
- Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with sour cream before serving.
