Bean Sprouts that Taste Like Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1/4 of a small onion Onion
  • 1 generous teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Weipa
  • 1 tbsp Miso
  • 1 dash each Grated ginger and grated garlic
  • 1 dash Doubanjiang

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the bean sprouts.
  2. Slice the onion thinly.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion.
  4. When it has turned translucent, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly.
  5. It tastes better with lots of pepper.
  6. Add the ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. If any scum rises, skim it off.
  8. Taste, and add salt to taste.
  9. Serve.
