Bean Soup With Ham Bone Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound navy beans
- 3 quart. water
- 1 ham bone
- 1 c. celery
- 1 med. onion
- minced
- 4 carrots
- sliced
- 1 tbsp. salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Simmer beans in water with ham bone for about 2 hrs.
- Add in your other ingredients and simmer 2 hrs longer till beans and tender.
