Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) can green beans
- liquid removed
- 1 (16 ounce.) can waxed beans
- liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce.) can artichoke hearts
- liquid removed and cut into eighths
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- sliced
- 2-3 fresh tomatoes
- cut in sm. wedges
- 1 pkg. Italian salad dry dressing mix and salad seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl alternate layers of beans, artichokes, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle liberally with salad seasoning.
- Prepare salad dressing as directed on package.
- Pour over layered vegetables.
- Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 8 hrs before serving.
- Stir occasionally.
